Vietnam\u2019s Digital Economy Readiness Index (DERI)<\/strong> is a composite framework developed to measure the country\u2019s capacity for digital transformation across connectivity, innovation, skills, and e-commerce. It draws heavily from global methodologies such as the Network Readiness Index (NRI)<\/strong> and OECD digital economy frameworks<\/strong>, combining local data from Vietnam\u2019s Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC)<\/strong>, General Statistics Office (GSO)<\/strong>, and World Bank.<\/strong><\/p>\n
